You've probably heard that health is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Or maybe you've heard that it's 70% diet and 30% exercise. Regardless what the percentage, exercise is important. Yes, what you're consuming is definitely important. Although you can exercise like crazy, if you aren't eating good clean food, you won't really notice the results you are seeking. However, don't dismiss the importance of regular exercise and an active lifestyle.
